These feelings might stem from old wounds, or seem to arise out of nowhere. Some parts of your experience may even feel permanent, as if things could never change. These struggles can feel overwhelming and isolating, but they don’t define who you are, and you don’t have to face them alone.

Together we'll explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion at a pace that works for you, so that you can release old beliefs and stories that no longer serve you, and develop deep self-confidence in their place.
I draw from mindfulness practices shaped by my time at a Buddhist monastery, as well as IFS/parts work, to help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Above all, I believe real change grows from a connection that feels safe and genuine. I offer a free consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
