I enjoy working with adults from all life paths. Body-image, interpersonal trauma, attachment injury, and shame are my biggest areas of interest. My approach is person-centered and rooted in feminist theory, which means that I believe it is important to explore both the internal and external systems impacting your well-being. I utilize multiple therapy modalities in my work with clients, including ACT, CBT, and narrative-based techniques.
